NORTH SIKKIM is a district located in the northern part of the Indian state of Sikkim. Mangan town serves as the district headquarters. Formerly known as North Sikkim district, it was officially renamed Mangan district in 2021. The district is known for its high-altitude terrain, Himalayan landscapes, and strategic importance.
