Jawahar Kala Kendra is a premier cultural center and art gallery in Jaipur, dedicated to promoting and preserving the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan. Designed by renowned architect Charles Correa and inaugurated in 1993, the center is named after India's first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru. The architectural design is based on the nine-square mandala plan of Jaipur city, creating a unique and symbolic structure. Jawahar Kala Kendra serves as a hub for performing arts, visual arts, and cultural activities, hosting exhibitions, workshops, performances, and festivals throughout the year.
